Right of withdrawal
Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return your pair, without giving reasons and without penalty.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement sent to majnoonbrand@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this part, but you are not obliged to.
Return conditions
To be accepted, items must be unworn — indoor trying-on only — in their original condition and packaging, insole and accessories included. A pair worn outdoors, soiled or damaged cannot unfortunately be taken back.
Under Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Items must reach us no later than fourteen days after you notify your decision.
How to return an item
Return postage
Return postage is payable by the customer: you arrange and pay for the return with the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping — the pair remains your responsibility until we receive it.
Refund
On receipt and inspection of your return, we refund to your original payment method within fourteen days at the latest. That period runs from our recovery of the goods or from your providing proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
The original delivery charge, at the standard rate, is also refunded; return postage remains payable by you. You receive confirmation by email as soon as the refund is issued.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size? Say so in your request and we will reserve it while stocks last. The return of the first pair follows the same conditions as an ordinary return; we cover the cost of sending out the new pair.
Faulty goods
If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, write to us as soon as possible with photographs. Return postage is then at our expense, and you also benefit from the legal guarantees set out in Part 6.
